Getting Started with Keep - For Employers

In this guide, you'll learn how to get started with Keep if you're an employer.

Welcome to Keep! Congratulations! Your journey to turnkey bonus management and engaged and satisfied employees has begun. In this guide, you will learn about all the Keep platform capabilities. This is your launching point to become a Keep expert.

Onboarding

If you have been invited by an administrator at your company, you can skip this section and go to the section on Company Administration.

Logging into Keep and creating an account is a simple process. Put your email into the email field and click on continue. Keep will send a magic link to your inbox to start your company onboarding process.

When you click on the sign-in button, you'll be taken to the company onboarding process where you will be asked to provide some basic information about your business and provide your information so Keep can create your profile.

You will be asked to provide 

  • Company Name
  • Company URL
  • Number of Employees
  • Company Type
  • Business Address and company Registration address if it is different from the Business Address

Inviting your Teammates

As part of the onboarding process, you can invite other members of your team who will help you with the administration of the Keep website. You can invite other users as Super Admins or Admins. Super Admins can invite other Super Admins or Admins while Admins cannot invite any other users.

The list of team members will be pulled from your company directory if you have Connected your directory to Keep.

 

Adding Employees to Keep

Employees can be added to Keep in three simple ways. They can be

  • Added manually by entering in the user details.
  • Added in bulk using a spreadsheet import
  • Imported from a company's HRIS system through our support for 37 different HRIS systems
